We give all our Performing Companies (Edge, Fusion, Connection and Mini Stars) one final opportunity to perform their award-winning routines from the season. We’ll share more information soon about our plans for how we’ll close out the Performing Company season and celebrate our Graduating Seniors!

We hold auditions for all our performing companies in late Spring and will post more details here including dates, what to expect and more!
COMPANY SUMMER INTENSIVES
All Performing Companies are required to attend a Summer Intensive at Rhythm Dance Center. This is our kick off to the new season and the first time our dancers will be meeting and dancing with their fellow company dancers for the year!
If you audition and are chosen as a member of one of our Performing Companies, you will be required to attend the following Summer Intensives. This is mandatory for all Performing Company dancers!

COMPETITION PHILOSOPHY
Our competition mentality is a very positive one! We believe a positive approach helps produce a positive outcome, and there is always something higher to achieve. We want our dancers to focus on doing their personal BEST, not winning. For us, competition will always be about motivating, inspiring, and educating kids in a positive environment. At competition, we will receive constructive criticism from experienced, knowledgeable judges with different backgrounds, and we will use this feedback as a basis for improvement and growth!
While competing, dancers are also learning to respect other dancers, studios and teachers for their talents! The dance world is very small, and building positive relationships with our peers is very important to us. The connections and opportunities that come from the competitive and convention dance world are unmatched for those dancers wishing to seek a professional career.
We are beyond proud of the successful competitive program at Rhythm Dance Center, and we are excited to continue to inspire and grow as dancers and people!
